1.Which countries can be delivered?
All the Good Speed products can be delivered to US-Continent (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).

2.How much is the shipping cost ?How long will my product be delivered?
All items ordered are delivered free of charge. Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option:

3.When does my order will be proceed?
①Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours.
②Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.


4.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

5.How do I track my order?
You can track your order and shipping & handling information if you have registered an account on speedstores-goods.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can still track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to support@speedstores-goods.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.

6.Delivery Time:
Delivery time is 1 to 5 working days. The delivery time will depend on your delivery location.

 Kindly Notes:

1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

2. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
