14-Day Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@speedstores-goods.com for a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please keep the original packaging in case of return.
About canceling orders
- Cancellation Before Dispatch: Cancel free of charge before shipment.
- After shipment: contact us immediately to cancel, there will be a $15 handling fee.
Free Returns Within 14 Days:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
- during which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- during which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Good Speed, 2540 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222, United States, telephone number: +1(607) 247-1519, e-mail address: support@speedstores-goods.com) by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form template, although this is not obligatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
- Contact us at support@speedstores-goods.com before returning.
- We’ll replace the item, issue a full refund, or offer a partial refund for the wrong items.
General Return Process:
- Contact support@speedstores-goods.com with your order number.
- Upon acceptance, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Time-frame:
If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately or at the latest 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your termination of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
